I will be getting back into my weekly blogs of home sales but to sum up the time I have been away:

Sales since May 16 to July 3 included 29 properties.  The low price of $245,000 and the high price of $1,045,000.  This included three condos, one single family, one duplex, 23 townhomes and one other property in the beach block that has since been torn down and new townhomes are going up.  The average sold price was $658,017 and the average days on the market were 215.

The rides, located next to the south side of the bridge coming into town, are now open in Sea Isle City.  If you are riding the trolley, it makes a stop right at the amusement park.  These rides are geared for younger children.
