Tom and I wanted to express our appreciation for all you did to help us find and purchase our shore home.
From the beginning, you were always willing to show us anything and everything that we had an interest in, as well as giving us additional recommendations. You had the patience of a saint, sometimes showing us the same property 4 (or was it 5?!!) times when we requested another look.
You had an answer to every question, large or small (or even silly), and if you didn't have an immediate answer, you found out for us and got back to us with the information, usually within hours. Your feedback was always 100% honest.
You were always available to us via phone or internet, and again you replies were nearly immediate.
When we found a property we were interested in, you helped us make an offer, and when the owner's expectations were vastly different from what we felt we should offer, your emails kept us in the loop for every new property that became available. After many, many weeks and many , many properties, we came to the conclusion that our true "dream house" was the home that we made the initial offer on. Rather than give up, you aggressively persued every option, negotiating on our behalf, until eventually, YOU MADE IT HAPPEN!
Once we reached an agreement with the seller, you walked us through every step to settlement. You provided us with lists of local resources for mortgages, lawyers, home inspectors, etc.when requested. At several points our mortgage company required all kinds of documentation, etc., which you provided in a timely manner.
Tom and I have found you to be a true gem. You are intelligent, hard-working, caring, available to us, and honest, and we would recommend you to anyone looking for their own special place at the shore.
We truly believe that if it hadn't been for you, we would never be enjoying our wonderful haven by the bay.
