I have just received my Certified Residential Specialist designation or CRS. What is a Certified Residential Specialist? This is someone who has "completed a rigorous course of advanced training, and by meeting significant experience requirements". Less than 4% of REALTORS are Certified Residential Specialists. There are four REALTORS that hold this designation for Sea Isle City.
