Sea Isle City NJ City Council Meeting
City Council passed a zoning ordinance, January 15, 2008 by a vote of 4-0, to allow businesses in the commercial districts to build more residences above their stores. This will allow a business to rebuild their property with one residential unit per 1,250 feet of lot area on the property. This ordinance also changes the fees the city will charge for parking requirement. Read more on this at:
