Break-ins in Ocean City and Sea Isle City
There have been recent break-ins with the flat screen tv's being the item taken. The belief is this is being done during the day and the thieves have a van and may look like construction workers pulling up to a job site. The police are suggesting the locks be changed annually, especially with rental properties. If you have a rental property, please make sure that the new keys are given to any real estate agency you have a rental listing agreement with. For more on this story read:
