Home sales in Dennis Township averaged $234,666 with three condo units, two single family, three offfices and one commercial property. The average days on the market were 199.
Home sales in Upper Township averaged $239,125 with one retail unit and three single family units with 134 days on the market.
Home sales in Avalon averaged the sale price of $1,356,875 with one vacant lot and seven single family homes with an average of 278 days on the market.
