Sea Isle City Homes Sold for the Weeks of August 9 to August 23, 2008
I was away last weekend and so I am writing with the past two weeks of homes sold and under contract for Sea Isle City.
There were eight listings sold and six are "under contract" including:
4409 Venicean, North sold for $825,000 after 162 days on the market with the original asking price of $949,000.
122 39th Street, East and West, new construction sold for $552,500 and $575,000.
137 73rd East sold for $835,000, new construction
234 80th Street, East sold for $765,000, new construction
9 75th Street, single family making way for new construction shortly sold for $1,200,000
238 37th Street, North sold for $425,000
6618 Central, West sold for $815,000, new construction
With the fall quickly approaching, I believe home sale listings will be increasing as well as home sales.
