Sea Isle City Sold Homes for the Week of September 13 to 20
This past week we had three homes settle and three homes go "under contract". The homes sold include:
- 105 74th Street, single family, for $785,000 that was on the market for 237 days starting out at $875,000.
- 354 44th Street, sold for $970,000 after being on the market for 411 days and originally priced at $1,25,000.
- 101 39th Street "A" sold for $407,500 after 108 days on the market with the asking price of $439,000.
