The following is a list of area sales for September 2008:
Sea Isle City had nine homes sold compared to 16 in 2007. The average days on the market were 272 with an average sales price of $579,111. The make-up consisted of four condos, one single and three townhomes. There are currently 313 active listings.
Stone Harbor had seven homes sold compared to 15 in 2007. The average days on the market were 307 with an average sales price of $952,500. The make-up consisted of three condos and four single family homes. There are currently 241 active listings.
Dennis Township had four homes sold compared to five in 2007. The average days on the market were 260 with an average sales price of $245,000. The make-up consisted of one condo and three single family. There are currently 208 active lisitngs.
Upper Township had seven homes sold compared to nine in 2007. The average days on the market were 192 with an average sales price of $311,391. The make-up consisted of seven single family homes. There are currently 117 active listings.
Avalon had 20 homes sold compared to 18 in 2007. The average days on the market were 303 with an average sales price of $2,059,208. The make-up consisted of three condos, 13 single families, three townhomes and one vacant lot. There are currently 460 homes on the market.
