Monthly Homes Sales for Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Dennis and Upper Townships

For the month of February 2009 the following information was compiled from the Cape May County Board of Realtors MLS.  Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.

Sea Isle City-  There were seven properties sold consisting of:  Three condos with an average price of $349,833 and 222 days on the market and four townhomes with an average price of $965,000 (one beachfront and the other properties were on Pleasure Avenue).  The average days on the market were 244 for townhomes. There are currently 26 homes under contract in Sea Isle City and 13 properties have sold year-to-date.

Avalon had six homes sell for the month of February consisting of three townhomes and three condos.  The average price of the townhome was $657,500 and on the market an average of 635 days.  The average price of the condo was $356,812 and on the market for 237 days. There are currently 27 properties under contract in Avalon and nine properties have sold year-to-date.

There were four properties sold in Stone Harbor for the month of February.  The two single family homes had an average sale price of $2,145,000 and 71 days on the market.  The two townhomes had an average sale price of $833,750 and 384 days on the market.  There are currently four properties under contract and six have sold year-to-date.

 Dennis Township had three homes sold this month with an average sale price of $236,133 and an average of 186 days on the market.  There are eight homes under contract and three have sold year-to-date.

Upper Township had two homes sold this month with an average sale price of $231,000 and 223 days on the market.  There are 10 homes under contract and four sold year-to-date.
