  1504 Landis Avenue, South sold for $735,000 on 9/8.

  61 85th Street, Unit B402 sold for $474,500 on 9/5.

  118 55th Street, West sold for $802,500 on 9/11.

There were 11 properties that went to "under contract" status during these past two weeks bring the total to 36 under contract.  Five of these listings had been subject to bank approval.
