Dennis Township- 46 properties sold with an average sale price of $205,571 and 157 days on the market. This consisted of: 13 condo/townhomes, 28 residential, two lots and three commercial units.
Middle Township- 171 properties sold with an average sale price of $216,284 and 235 days on the market. This consisted of: 21 condo/townhomes, 137 residential homes, nine lots and four multi-family homes.
Sea Isle City- 182 properties sold with an average sale price of $652,371 and 214 days on the market. This consisted of: 162 condo/townhomes, 15 residential homes, two lots, two multi-family and one commercial. There are 23 units currently under contract and 314 active listings.
Stone Harbor- 62 properties sold with an average sale price of $1,338,975 and 265 days on the market. This consisted of: 13 condo/townhomes, 42 residential homes, two commercial, two lots and three multi-family units.
