The electric company is busy getting&amp;nbsp;the power on&amp;nbsp;to those that lost it. The city has stopped garbage pick-up so everyone can be out getting the streets plowed, sidewalks cleaned, etc.&amp;nbsp; And then there are the beer trucks making their deliveries- parked everywhere!&amp;nbsp;
